Having worked in the Private Club and industry for over 10 years, I’ve developed an extensive background in client/member retention, project management, departmental management, contract management/negotiation and departmental budgeting. As a result, I am highly organized and excel at working with a variety of personalities. In addition, I am able to help groups with divergent interests find common ground. My husband and I moved to the neighborhood in May of 2015 and I am interested in preserving the majestic appeal of our neighborhood. I strive to help build a sense of community between established residents and those new to the neighborhood. and have a vested interest in building my family in this community and hope to for many years to come. I want to help ensure the safety and growth of Windy Creek families, property values, visual appeal and overall day-to-day living experience.
My name is Alexandra Paez. My husband, Andrew Steadman, and I bought our home in this neighborhood in March of 2017. I grew up in Boca Raton, but spent much of time in Delray – where most of my close relatives lived. I attended University of Florida for my Bachelor’s degrees, majoring in Political Science and History. Before attending law school at UF, I worked as a legal assistant at a law firm in Boca Raton, while living in Delray. I returned to UF for law school, where I met my now husband, Andy. I now work for the law firm of Kubicki Draper, in their West Palm Beach Office, practicing civil litigation defense.
I am Willem Jagtman and have had the pleasure of living in Windy Creek since 2016. In recent years I worked for Newell Rubbermaid as a Supply Chain Analyst and Sales Data Analyst. Recently I started my own business and I’m responsible for all activities within the business – from logistics to contract negotiations. I look forward to engaging and maintaining a community that everyone can be proud of living in.
Ashlee Duplin Kilayko
Most of you know me, my name is Ashlee Kilayko and I’ve lived in Windy Creek for five years now. I have a Communications Degree and I’m an event planner by trade, both make me an asset to the board. People are my passion and I would like to be a voice for the community. I’m hardworking and dedicated. I’m a wife, mother of two who works full time and has a business of my own. I’m great at multi-tasking! I always find a way to conquer projects and goals. “Where there is a will, there is a way!”
My name is Leah Raja and our family has lived in the neighborhood since 2013. We are so happy to see more and more families and children move in. I am a proud mother of 5 children, and I spend most days managing their busy schedules and homework as well as running the household with my husband. Before I became a full-time stay-at-home mom and homemaker, I had a career in banking at JP Morgan Chase for which I was required to have a keen attention to detail in cash handling, paperwork and audits.
