HOA Payment options for WindyCreek HOA Homeowners

 

HOA dues are currently $340 per month and are due on the 1st of each month. A $25 late fee is applied to any payment received after the 10th. Beginning January 2026, monthly dues will increase to $345.

YOUR DUES INCLUDE Cable TV, & Wireless Internet service through Comcast/Xfinity, Front lawn maintenance, Pool, Tennis & Pickleball court maintenance, Mgmt Fees etc.

With the HOA Comcast contract, each homeowner is given:

1 HD box, 1 HD DVR and 1 HD DTA box + Showtime & HBO
All boxes are available for pickup or delivery (charges may apply).
300 Mbps & Gateway Modem
  1. Mail or Drop a check with your account # payable to Windy Creek HOA at the onsite mailbox at the pool.
  2. Payable To:  c/o Windycreek HOA, 226 NW 41st Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33445
  3. Setup your online bill-pay with your bank to send a check/In Memo or account and add your street address.
