Included in your HOA Fee’s is Mulching of the front yard. Currently provided annually in Novemeber & April .
Light Pole Out?
- If a light pole is out, please email the HOA or Please call FPL @ 1-800-4OUTAGE (1-800-468-8243) to report the condition with the location letter on the pole, please check out the neighborhood schematic for that information.
Trash Pickup – Garbage, Recycling and Bulk
- Bulk & Garbage pick-up is on Tuesday morning, and to be put out no earlier than Monday night after
5pm . - Garbage & Recycling pick-up is Friday morning, to be put out no earlier than Thursday night after
5pm . - Please do not block driveways, mailboxes or sidewalks when you put out your trashcan during the week.

Tree Trimming
As required by the ByLaws, The Windy Creek Community Association will provide landscaping and tree maintenance services to maintain the common Area. It is the intent of the association that those services will be provided in priority to ensure:
- Safety
- Compliance with the Rules & Regulations
- Tree health
- Community Appearance.
Tree trimming of the Common Area trees are on an annual schedule.
Pool Maintence Schedule
The Community Pool is serviced twice a week on Tuesday’s and Friday mornings.
- Clean waterline tile and take any debris out of gutters
- Skim surface
- Vacuum pool floor
- Brush walls
- Test and balance chemicals, including filling chlorine and acid tanks
- Complete Health Department log
- Inspect equipment to ensure proper operation
- Clean filters at least once a month or more to maintain proper flow.
