Windy Creek is a single-family residential community, and all rentals must comply with the Association’s governing documents.

Rental Guidelines

• All leases must be a minimum of one (1) year
• Short-term or vacation rentals are not permitted
• Homes may not be leased during the first twelve (12) months following purchase, sale, transfer, or assignment
• Each home may be leased only once within any twelve-month period

Approval Requirements

• Prior HOA approval is required for all rentals
• A completed application, lease agreement, and supporting documents must be submitted
• Tenants are subject to a credit and background screening
• Homeowners remain responsible for tenant compliance with all HOA rules and regulations

Timing

• Please allow up to thirty (30) days for application review and approval
